Water park

The girls have begged me to take them to the "water park" since Allison started ballet. We passed it along the way to class in South Bend every week. So this week we decided to try it out...and they loved it! I was a bit skeptical at first since they are sometimes a bit timid with things like this, and it did take them a little while to warm up to it, but once they got going, they didn't want to leave. Part of the time there were other kids there (big kids, not little ones...which, I might add, scared Lauren a time or two...but, well, you can just take a look at the pictures and see for yourself) but a lot of the time it was just them and they had a blast.

I had Allison and Lauren dressed in swimsuits but figured Megan wouldn't want to get wet so I didn't bother changing her clothes--or bringing a change of clothes--for her. Boy was I wrong! She loved it too! And was soaked through by the end. I dried her off with a towel and she borrowed Allison's shirt for the ride home. It wasn't until we were halfway home that I realized I had left her soggy wrung-out clothes on top of the car while we were changing...and forgot to move them before we left. oops. Needless to say, they are long gone now. Oh well. We had a fun time and now the kids are anxious to go back again.
