Happy Birthday LAUREN!!

It's birthday time again! Lauren turned 3 on Thursday but we waited until Saturday to celebrate as a family. We started the day by getting ready for family pictures (not really part of her birthday but we needed to get it done). After two hours of getting everyone bathed, hair combed, dressed, etc we arrived at the studio to get our picture taken. When we got there the lady told us her camera just stopped working and she was on the phone with tech support but there were 30 calls ahead of her. She gave us the option to wait or reschedule but we decided to try for a walk-in at the nearby competition. Luckily they were just finishing up with a customer and had an open spot so we were able to get it done right then. I was not ready to reschedule and do this all over again so I was definitely happy about that! For some reason, Allison wouldn't crack a smile but Lauren did a great job... we got at least one good picture out of it all! Afterwards we went to Cici's for pizza, then home for cake and ice cream, and of course...PRESENTS!! Allison was very helpful when it came to unwrapping presents. "Are you going to share it with me??" she would ask, as soon as she saw what was inside. Overall it was a good birthday and I think Lauren enjoyed herself. Happy Birthday Lauren--We love you!!
