I played the piano at a funeral this week for someone in our branch and the kids came along since Matt was working. Before we left, I gave a short explanation about where we were going, what a funeral was, how we should act, etc. Since then Lauren seems to be a bit curious about death. I just overheard a conversation between her and Allison today...it went something like this:
Lauren: Are we going to die??
Allison: No, not until we are really old....like 50--That's REALLY old!!

How funny! I remember the days when 50 was old- I'm sure my mom wouldn't appreciate that though!!!!
That's hilarious! Kids are so awesome--I love their innocence. It's interesting that Lauren is already curious about death...I don't know much about kids but it seems mature.
