Ok... this is number two attempt to post something on this blog. Sorry for the bad formatting... i will let Julie fix it when she feels up to it. This morning (May 28) at 9:59 am Me
gan Marie Bertasso was born in Plymouth, IN. She is 7 lb 10 oz. and 20.5 inches long. Baby and Mom are going great! Megan was born with a cleft palate. That means that the roof of her mouth did not connect in the middle like is should have. This has left a hole on one side of her mouth. She is as healthy as can be though. We will get an appointment for her to go to Riley's Hospital in Indy and they will setup a game plan to start getting things fix. Our main concern right now is her ability to eat (though that has not seemed to be a problems as of yet). We are excited and as you can see in the pictures so are Allison and Lauren. More later.

Yay!! She finally made it!! I love the name you picked out for her. I'm glad that Megan is already eating okay, and that there's such a good clinic nearby. Here's to a speedy recovery for both Mom and baby! Congratulations!!
We are so excited for you guys!! When my mom saw the pictures, she said Megan is so beautiful. We all agree!! And she has such a cute name too. I'm glad Gramma Tew could stay a little longer with you guys. Hope mom and baby get better soon!
